"Back in the Day" you would see this Ray Bliss #10 1974 AMC Gremlin racing at Flemington. Today the Owner/Driver is Joe Keefner displaying the #99K on his first-ever race car.
In 2008 Joe started racing and has been a NEAR membr since 2013. His favorite race track is Devils Bowl Speedway where he took down the win in 2014. When asked his most memorable moment in racing, besides winning the 2014 Devils Bowl race, his answer would be working and running side-by-side with, his long-time friend, Rick MacDowell.
